- With a harder rubber in the middle derived from 2CT technology, the Michelin Pilot Road 4 tire features a 20% longer service life than the Michelin Pilot Road 3 tire. Thanks to its Michelin XST+ Sipes, it benefits from chamfers, which limit uneven wear and tear.
- Thanks to novel XST+ Sipe technology, the Michelin Pilot Road 4 Trail tire provides for 17% shorter braking times on wet roads than its nearest rival, and 24% shorter times on extremely slippery wet surfaces such as white traffic lines and pedestrian crossings.
