PureMoto
PureMoto is a local-first platform that uses a new approach to restore the frayed connections between brands, retailers, and consumers.
We are building a community to self-organize and rank product information in a more useful way. Reducing the amount of work required to reach an informed buying decision. Leveraging our PureMoto Network, we have unlocked the inventory from local retailers. Instead of having one or two warehouses, we have turned the whole world into one.
We're new - not everything will be perfect yet. We’re working at full speed to gather feedback, onboard shops, and roll out site improvements and new features. We'd love to hear your feedback at ride@puremoto.com.
The PureMoto Network consists of retailers and brands brought together to help you find the best products on shelves near you, at your local retailer, while shopping on PureMoto and Brand websites.
New brands and retailers are regularly joining the PureMoto Network. If your brand or retailer is interested in joining the network visit puremoto.com/partners to learn more.

Pick up nearby
We have created a live inventory database that links riders together with a network of local retailers. This puts the riders in charge of how and when they want to get their hands on products - either via local pick-up or the next fastest available point of delivery nearby.
We are updating live inventory from each local retailer several times per day and you can find the current stock on product pages. Once you have found the item you want in stock - give the retailer a call or drive in to purchase the product you need today!
We are rapidly growing the list of retailers on the platform. If you would like your local powersports retailer to be found on PureMoto please let us know which shop by emailing ride@puremoto.com.
We are currently in Beta, but soon will be adding features such as click and collect to help make the process even easier for riders. With click and collect, items will be able to be purchased online and picked up when and where it is most convenient. If you are a retailer and would like to participate in the click and collect program please let us know at ride@puremoto.com.
Have it delivered
We are able to have products delivered to you at physical addresses in the contiguous 48 US states. Most orders will ship the same business day if placed before 3 pm ET. Orders placed later most likely will ship the next business day.
We are not yet able to deliver to customers across the globe. As we build out our network of retailers across Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand we will let you know here first!
Most orders are received within 1-3 business days (see below for exceptions). Please keep in mind that orders placed on weekends, evenings, or holidays will not ship until the next business day. If you require guaranteed / faster delivery please contact our PureMoto Ride Support team at ride@puremoto.com to help get you riding.
Delivery is free for all orders over $99 with a PureMoto.com account. Delivery for any orders under $99 or customers who use Guest Checkout is $8.50 per order. This policy only applies to the contiguous 48 US States. This policy does not apply to over-size items which will be charged a standard rate of $22.50.
PO Boxes must be shipped USPS and require 3-5 days processing time. Due to the current delivery times with USPS it is always recommended to use a standard home address when applicable which allows the use of carriers like UPS and FedEX.
The only way to send an item to an APO, FPO or DPO address is to use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 3-5 business days processing time.
All US Territories including Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped USPS and require 3-5 days processing time.
Returns & Warranty information
At PureMoto we don’t want the excitement of getting new stuff to be ruined by receiving a product that has been used or abused. Motorcyclists are a community and at PureMoto we want every part of the community, from Customers to Manufacturers, to be happy and thrive. To make sure that returns are processed quickly and ensure our fellow riders can be confident in the products they receive the Returns Policy is outlined below:
- A return must be created within 45 days of the Invoice Date
- Returned items must be in New Condition with the original packaging intact and all bags, booklets, instructions, hang tags, stickers, etc. included.
- Products with any signs of damage, wear, or installation will not be accepted. Used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
- Closeout or Discontinued products are not eligible to be returned.
- Please note that Shipping Fee, Duties, Brokerage Fees are not refundable.
- When sending back a return use the original Shipping Box to ship the product, not the Product Packaging. Shipping labels and transit can result in damage to the Product Packaging resulting in the product no longer being in New Condition.
- The Closeout or Discontinued status of a product will be determined at the time that a Return is created. Starting the return process sooner will reduce the chance that a product moves to closeout or discontinued status and cannot be returned.
Sometimes products end up going on a rough ride during shipping. If you see any holes or significant creases in the Shipping Box take pictures and document the condition of everything in the box, then let us know right away. Damage claims are processed through the Carriers and proper documentation will help but these can take a longer time to process. Please be patient and we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
- Manufacturers may offer additional coverage against defects on products. If you need help determining if a product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty you can reach out to the manufacturer or contact us.
- There may be additional processing time for Warranty Returns and determining if a product is eligible is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Since we work with a network of retailers it is important that you follow the steps below for all returns:
1) Obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from our Customer Solutions team by emailing returns@puremoto.com
2) You will receive a RA# along with the shipping address of the retailer it should be returned to. Write the RA# on the outside of your shipping box to ensure we know who this return belongs to. Do not ship your return back in the Product Packaging. This must be shipped in a Shipping Box to ensure no damage to the packaging or product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return shipments must be sent with freight prepaid, COD shipments will not be accepted.
Community curated content
The broad range of products online means the rider is faced with a deluge of choices. And, with a mountain of product information on the web, there’s simply too much to go through, which often leaves us feeling paralyzed.
At PureMoto, we are solving this by using technology to enable the community to organize and rank product information in a more useful way. Think of Rotten Tomatoes or Reddit but for motorcycle parts and apparel.
It's in your hands - let's help each other and get all the best information based upon real-world experience, in one place, so we can all make better choices for our particular situation.
PureMoto works similar to sites like Reddit, where users can add content from around the web to one central location for discussion. If you found a great Youtube video on a product or a nugget of information that you find super helpful buried in a forum somewhere - you can add it from the Feed or any Category or Product page using the Got relevant content to contribute? +Submit Content button.
We thank you for helping your fellow riders seeking the most useful content from around the web!
Through PureMoto, you can post, comment, vote, discuss, learn, debate, support, and connect with fellow riders.
If you think something contributes to conversation, upvote it. If you think it does not contribute to helping make decisions around products or is off-topic in a particular community, downvote it.
Discussions are where we often get to the bottom of things for a particular product for our situation. We encourage you to ask and answer questions so we can all learn.
In order to post, comment or vote you will need a PureMoto account. It's always nice to create an account when a platform is new because you've got your choice of user handles.
We're hard at work building user profiles for everyone, including community participants, dealers, brands, and content creators. Those profiles will sit on the URL of your handle.
My profile also gives the opportunity to save a profile photo that sits beside all of your community activity, as well as saves your primary ride type. Coming back to PureMoto will take you to the section of the site of your choice without having to wade through content and products from another ride niche.
