The HJC CL-17 is the latest iteration of the company’s “CL” line of motorcycle helmets, which are probably the world’s most popular helmet type. The CL-17 improves on almost every feature of the already-excellent HJC CL-16, including a new shell and redesigned ventilation system. The internal shape best fits “Neutral” to “Round” shaped heads; indeed, it’s one of the few helmets that really works for “Round” shaped heads. Overall, the HJC CL-17 is an outstanding performer, with excellent ventilation and a real bargain.

Dude, this is a doctoral-level dissertation on every aspect of the HJC CL-17. The comments on the article are pretty helpful too. I'm curious about anyone's experience using this with super loud pipes. Anyone have any feedback on level of sound dampening with aftermarket pipes?
