Sizing is spot on for the Medium, I am 5’9” 160. Even when the hoody is in the jacket there is enough room that I don’t feel the armor impede my riding range of motion. The hoody that is included is more of a style feature than functional and I do not consider it a standalone item to wear without the jacket. Comfortable to ride, in 30-40% humidity, from 55F (with an insulated, full sleeve inner liner) to 90F.
