  • Green LED: brake fluid contains less than 1. 5% moisture, indicating normal levels
  • Yellow LED: brake fluid contains between 1. 5% and 3. 0% moisture, indicating user should stay alert
  • Red LED: brake fluid contains more than 3. 0% moisture, indicating brake fluid needs to be changed
  • All LED flashing: change tester battery.
