Diamond Engineering Polished Stainless Steel Flange Washer System
- This system cleans up the stamped flat edge and stepped look of standard flat washers when used with Race Proof 12 Point flange bolt
- Every washer is specifically engineered for each size bolt with several key design features
- A precision counterbored hole is CNC-machined for the bolt to sit down inside of the washerwhen the bolt is installed in the washer the two flanges meet for an almost seamless look
- All washers also feature a tight tolerance hole with an i. d chamfer to clear the large under head radius on Race Proof bolts
- To achieve a highly reflective finish a large radius is machined on the edge of each washera radius will shine and reflect more light than a square edge
- Finally each washer is polished, by hand, to a perfect mirror finish
- Washers are available for the entire range of bolt sizes from 1/4in. through 7/16in. in a variety of diameters;conveniently packaged two or four to a pack with 7/16 x 1. 062 washers also packaged in a 5-pack for belt sprocket applications
