The Surpass Hat combines a curved bill with a structured crown and a flex back, bringing together a defined silhouette and distinctive embroidered branding.

The main fabric is twill, with a composition of 98% cotton and 2% polyurethane. A front Astars logo stripe embroidery patch is complemented by Alpinestars and Astars logo embroidery on the top of the bill, while internal and back labeling complete the design.
